Fingerprint resistant plate is a composite coating plate, which is formed after making fingerprint resistant treatment on galvanizing plate surface. Technology of firstly making passivation treatment on galvanizing plate and then applying organic coat (fingerprint resistant film) on passivation film is normally used to produce fingerprint resistant plate at home and aboard.
Type
One type is to make passivation treatment on galvanizing plate and to apply organic coat (fingerprint resistant film) on passivation film. Its coating way mainly uses roll coating.
Another type is to add organic resin and colloidal state silicon dioxide in galvanized passivation liquid, after galvanizing belt strip passes passivation groove, composite coating with corrosion and fingerprint resistance is formed on its surface. Its coating way mainly includes electrolytic coating and roll coating. The first technology is normally used to produce fingerprint resistant plate at home and aboard.
